Here we go again๐ถ๐ถone more year went but this time it’s different !!!!we together faced a lot, BTW the whole thing is corona but each of us faced it in a very different way .
This 2020 may not be struggle for all of us . realisations,sorrows,reality, happiness,yes we have pack of emotions by the end of year .
Okay, so I figured Iโd better write this post before I get knee dip in champagne, prosecco, gin and whatever else the driver from Amazon delivers (I went really lazy this year โ didnโt even leave the house to go shopping).
I donโt even know what I was planning on saying in this post. I definitely know I wanted to say a HUGE thank you for an amazing year! Thatโs a givenโฆ but that being said, Iโll say it anyway! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Your support, comments and kind words mean so much and I canโt tell you how grateful we are.
Oh, one more thing I was going to do quickly before I sign off and get ready to see in the New Year was to drop a few things Iโve learnt this year. Granted some of this might be obvious (I feel even the obvious stuff needs to be re-learnt from time to time) but I know learning some this has helped me throughout the year so who knows, it just might help you or someone else you know. Risabh Pant played a gem of an innings but he got out just before 100. Again comes our team man Suresh Raina to console Risabh.

Whenever India gets a wicket , Raina who usually fields at cover , extra-cover or in the 30 yard circle , will always be the first one to run towards the bowler and celebrate his wicket .

The failure makes us know about what we are and what we are capable of. sometimes it makes us feel low and depressed .But the way we understand and define ourselves a failure is the thing we destined.
The problem lies in the fact that when we begin something new, there is no way for us to really know what is to come. We see and judge it from the perspective of a rookie, and because we have not yet put a lot of work, time and money into it, it just doesnโt seem like it would be that much of an issue. However, when we have already spent much resources on it, put our heart and soul into it, failure and adversity gain a whole new meaning. They become deadly. The question is then, will you be able to overcome them or not? In fact, thatโs what separates successful people from the rest of the crowd. Not because they know something that no one else does, but because they are able to push through no matter what.
There are thousands, even tens of thousands of failures for every big success in the world. But stories of failure are not as sexy as stories of triumph, so they rarely get covered and shared. As we consume one story of success after another, we forget the base rates and overestimate the odds of real success.

Every time you look at the moon, it captures you with a mired beauty. It’s scars comfort your scars. There is an innate understanding between the moon and you. It always shines on your totality through it’s bruises.
The moon was a wraith-silver disc hanging in the lonely sky. Lasers of moonlight, as bright as diamond-flame, turned the sea a-glowย like melted platinum. It was as if I was watching a scene from an old fable stepping off the page and I was beguiled by its beauty. The Chinese called the May moon the dragon moon and I could see why. The waves were a-glitter like curved scales and I became lost in the haunting lullaby of their swell and sigh
This is the day when Neil and his co’s went to the moon and made us admire the real beauty of luna…the feel of being on moon will amazes inch by inch.The effort they made for us is speechless.

MARS ORBITER MISSION
India’s first interplanetary mission and the first time that any country successfully reached Martian orbit on the first try. India made history again this past week when, on Aug. 21, 2019, ISRO’s Chandrayaan-2 spacecraftย snapped its first pictureย of the moon.
The very proud moment to be an INDIAN ,mainly proud to know that the women played key role in this mission. The struggles they faced, the achievement they did and the way they made India proud it’s speechless.
Ritu Karidhal, an aerospace engineer and senior scientist at ISRO who served as the deputy operations director for MOM, has worked at the space agency for over 20 years. Karidhal went on to become the mission director of ISRO’s Chandrayaan-2 mission.ย
Nandini Harinath, a rocket scientist at ISRO, has worked on 14 missions over a span of 20 years at the agency. Harinath took an early interest in science after being exposed to “Star Trek” as a child.

Anuradha T.K., the senior-most woman in an officer position at ISRO, is a scientist who specializes in sending communications satellites to space. She has worked at the agency for almost 40 years, and is considered by many at ISRO to be a role model as a successful woman in science
Moumita Dutta, another critical member of the MOM team, is a physicist who works at the Space Applications Centre (SAC) at ISRO. Dutta worked as project manager for the Methane Sensor for Mars (MSM) and developed, optimized and calibrated an optical system for the satellite.ย

Mawsmai caves, a few miles further away from Cherrapunjee is fast emerging as a new tourist destination. The caves, made of limestone, spellbind the visitor the moment he enters the caverns. The entrance is well lit, but as one enters further inside, the eerieness and the mystery, starts unfolding. Coupled with that, the constant dripping of water from the cave roofs and the formation of stalactites and stalagmites, a phenomena specially found in limestone caves, where the roof and the floor of the cave joins together to form pillars, adds to the beauty of the place. While at some places, the openings are big enough for a person to just about crawl through, at others, the roofs as high as 40 feet! Interestingly, while the entrance is large and roomy, the exit is so small, that a full-grown person has to kneel down for coming out into the open.
